 Bottles jars and other containers made of PET can be collected and recycled into a wealth of products. PET can be recycled into new PET bottles and containers, carpet and clothing, industrial strapping, rope, upholstery fabrics, boat sails, automotive parts, fibrefill for winter jackets and sleeping bags, construction materials, and many other items.

Sorting platform with metal detector

This device is used for manual bottle sorting. The metal detector will sound an alarm when metal is detected in the materials, thereby preventing damage to the machine and blades, and extending their service life.

Belt Conveyor

By enabling continuous, high-volume movement of bulk materials, it reduces labor dependency and improves efficiency

Label Remover

Label remover is very important part ofthe whole recycling line. lt is used toremove the PVC labels on the surfaceof the PET bottles. 90-98% of PVClabels will be removed by this machine.

 

Crusher (With Water)

Crusher is used to crush PET bottlesinto small flakes. By changing outletsieve mesh size, the output PET flakesize will be changed. With water duringcrushing process to clean the PETflakes. According to different outputcapacity, we will choose differentcrusher model and may change numberof crushers.

Floating Washer

PET flakes will sink to the bottom of the floating washer, then will be washed and conveyed by the screw and thebottom of the washer. The floatingmaterial such as PE, PP caps, PVC labels, caustic soda, etc will be removed from the floating washer.

Hot Washer

The water inside hot washer will beheated to 90-95ºC.Also caustic soda orother detergent will be adde into the hotwater. So the oil, glue, dirties will beremoved easily by hot washing insidethis machine. Also our hot washer hasspecial design for discharging the labelsand caps which are floating above thewater.

 

High Speed Dewatering Machine
High rotation speed of rotor inside dewatering water will create strong centrifugal force, most of the water onthe PET flake surface will be removed through the screen mesh around the rotor.

 

Label Flake Separator

By suction of the fan at the top of the machine, label and dust in light weight will be sucked into the collection bag. The heavy PET flakes will fall down to the bottom of the separator and convey to the next machine.
